ANTICHRISTIE

​Jasmine Christie is a painter and digital illustrator based out of Salford and working under the alias ANTICHRISTIE. Interested in abstraction, rave culture, art of antiquity, and the Gothic, and taking inspiration from Abstract Expressionist technique and subversion of pop culture motifs, Jas creates immersive psychedelic works that invite the viewer to consider the idea of non-linear existence, and the role of the self within social, spiritual, and digital identities. The works act as a portal through which the viewer glimpses into Jas' psychological landscape: the landscape of the ANTICHRISTIE.
